What to stick into dough to make it rise faster: a culinary trick

Baked goods made from yeast dough are loved by many gourmets.

Such culinary products are characterized by their fluffiness, softness and porosity.

However, the disadvantage is that you have to wait quite a long time for the dough to rise.

The desired effect may appear only after several hours. And sometimes the flour base does not rise at all.

Fortunately, there is one little trick that can significantly speed up the process and guarantee the desired result.

What to stick into the flour base

You need to use pasta. But not just any kind. Only tube-shaped pasta will do.

But sticking spaghetti, spirals and bows into the dough is pointless: there will be no effect.

It is also desirable that the pasta be straight and long. Feathers are a good choice. But horns - not so much.

Due to the tubular pasta, a lot of air will appear inside the flour base. Thanks to this, the dough will rise much earlier than usual.

You don’t even have to leave the bowl with the semi-finished product in a warm place: the desired effect will be achieved without this.
