How to cook syrniki
As chefs note, the whole secret is in adding one additional component – coconut flakes. In this case, the dough will hold its shape. For 1 kg of dry cottage cheese, you should prepare only 80 g of this ingredient.
You also need to take 100 g of flour, 80 g of sugar, a packet of vanillin, a pinch of salt and 2 eggs.
Once all the ingredients are mixed, you can start forming the syrniki. Before frying, they should be rolled in flour. The preparation should be placed on a preheated frying pan.
Cook the syrniki until golden brown over low heat and under a lid.
