It is difficult to imagine a simpler and at the same time more delicious dish than a lavash roll with a variety of fillings.
To make sure your snack turns out just right, we will share some useful tips on how to prepare it and tell you how to properly form a lavash roll.
The first thing to do is to choose the right lavash. It is better if it is thin, as this will allow the flatbread to bend better and not crack.
Now it's time for the filling. All the selected ingredients should be chopped, cut into thin slices or grated.
When this task is finished, put the filling ingredients on the lavash. Its edges should remain free.
Next in line is the sauce, after which you can wrap the free edges inside the roll. This will securely fix the filling and prevent the sauce from leaking out.
All that remains is to tightly roll the lavash, thus forming a neat roll.
Arm yourself with a sharp knife and cut it into portions, or wrap the roll in cling film and put it on the refrigerator shelf.
