How to cook millet porridge

First, you need to sort out the grain to remove the husk. Then the cereal should be soaked in cold water for 10 minutes.

Then the millet should be poured with boiling water for a couple of minutes. The procedure should be repeated until the water is clear. This will not only clean the grains, but also remove all the bitterness.
