Preparation

2. Mushrooms, such as champignons, should be fried with onions until golden brown.
3. Next, combine the potato mass with the mushrooms and add flour and eggs. Mix everything thoroughly.
4. Place a frying pan with oil on the fire and heat it up. Place the dough on the hot surface and fry on both sides until done, then serve with sour cream.
Instead of champignons, you can use marinated oyster mushrooms. In addition, the potato pancakes can be fried on a grill pan for an appetizing ribbed "tan".
