You can prepare a luxurious snack in just 3 steps. To do this, you need to prepare the following products:
- sprats – 1 can;
- sour cream (fat content 10-15%) – 1 tbsp.;
- boiled eggs – 6 pcs.;
- red onion – 1 pc.;
- dill – 10 g;
- sweet pepper – 1 pc.;
- spices to taste.
Preparation
1. Mix the yolks with sour cream and dill. Beat the resulting mass in a blender.
2. Finely chop the protein, canned food, onion and pepper.
3. Add the yolk sauce to the sprat mixture, mix and spread on bread.
This method of cooking is called rillettes and is typical of French cuisine.
The spread prepared in this way is very similar to pate. It differs from the latter by the larger fragmentation of the product.
