When trying to make homemade ice cream, many people find that the product ends up turning into a simple block of ice.

1. Ingredients
Ice cream is made from milk, cream, chicken eggs and sugar. But only whole milk and the same cream are required. Otherwise, in the future ice cream, the water will turn everything into ice.
Dairy products should be high in fat and low in sugar.
2. Dishes
You need to cook it in metal or glass dishes. In them, the ice cream hardens better and is easier to remove from the mold.
3. Temperature
It is best to cool and store the product at a temperature of -10 degrees Celsius and not lower than -18.
Recipe
You will need:
- 350 ml cream (33%);
- 250 ml milk;
- 100 g sugar;
- 3 egg yolks,
- Vanilla to taste.
How to cook
All ingredients must first be mixed and then heated over low heat, stirring constantly, but do not bring to a boil. As soon as the milk boils, the ice cream will be spoiled.
Afterwards, pour it into molds and, once it has cooled, put it in the freezer.
