Preparation
1. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
3. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook, stirring, until golden brown.
4. Add the chicken livers to the pan and fry over medium heat, stirring, until golden and crispy.

- 400 g chicken liver;
- 200 g of champignons;
