If you don't mind refreshing yourself in the summer heat with a cold treat, this doesn't mean that you have to go to the store to do so.
We suggest you make ice cream at home: believe me, it will taste much better than store-bought.
To do this you will need:
- cream (fat content not less than 33%) - 500 ml;
- condensed milk - 1 can (380 g).
Preparation:
1. Pour the cream into a deep bowl and beat it until soft peaks form.
2. Add condensed milk and mix well.
3. Place the mixture in a plastic container with a lid or in a freezer pan. Cover with a lid or cover the pan with cling film.
4. Place the container in the freezer for 4-6 hours or overnight.
5. After freezing, remove the ice cream from the freezer and leave it at room temperature for a short time to soften.
6. Serve homemade ice cream made from cream and condensed milk in bowls or glasses, garnished with fresh berries or fruits.
