Caesar salad dressing can be a challenge even for a housewife with impressive experience.

First, prepare the necessary ingredients:
- 2 eggs;
- 200 ml olive oil (you need to take the one that has no smell);
- 1.5 teaspoons mustard;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice;
- 6-7 anchovies;
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce;
- 20 g Parmesan cheese.
Combine eggs, oil and mustard in one container and beat them using an immersion blender.
As a result, you will get a creamy substance, to which you can add garlic crushed in a press.
