The syrniki are delicious, tender and airy. You don't have to fry or bake them - you just need to boil them in water or milk.
To prepare you will need:
- 300 g cottage cheese;
- 2 tbsp flour;
- 2 tbsp semolina;
- 1 egg;
- 1 tbsp sugar;
- water or milk.
How to cook

For them you need to take cottage cheese with 5% fat content or fat-free.
If necessary, rub it through a metal sieve, squeeze out excess moisture, and then beat in one large egg.
Mix and add flour and semolina. Chefs recommend not to get carried away with sugar.
If desired, you can add vanillin or other flavorings and even dried fruits.
Mix the mixture thoroughly, let it sit for 10 minutes, then form the cheesecakes with wet hands and bread them in flour.
Then you need to bring the water or milk to a boil and put the ingredients in there one by one.
Boil the cheesecakes for a few minutes and remove them with a slotted spoon after they float to the surface, throwing them into a colander.
