What is the unusual secret?
First, you need to prepare the bird in the usual way. To do this, housewives remove excess parts (excess fat, hard part of the wings), thoroughly wash it under water.
Then you need to let the carcass dry. If there is no time to wait, you can use paper towels. Then marinate the chicken in any way. You can simply use a mixture of mayonnaise and spices. You should wait at least 60 minutes.
