Summer cuisine is primarily vegetables, and the more you eat them fresh, the less risk you have of getting sick in winter and autumn.

To prepare you will need:
- 600 g zucchini;
- 3 eggs;
- 4 tbsp sour cream;
- 3-4 tbsp flour;
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- salt, black pepper;
- 180 g of cream cheese;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- tomato, bell pepper, dill.
How to cook
Zucchini is grated or chopped with a blender, after being cut into cubes. Then you need to add salt and squeeze out excess juice.
Separately mix eggs with sour cream (2 tbsp), salt and black pepper. Then add this mixture to the grated zucchini.
Mix, sift flour and add baking powder, knead the dough.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the dough evenly on it, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
When ready, remove the parchment. Grease the biscuit with a mixture of cream cheese, sour cream and chopped garlic.
We cut the tomatoes and lay out a layer of slices, the next layer of bell peppers, then sprinkle everything with dill and roll it into a tight roll.
Wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight to soak.
