Meat is a product that can safely be called one of the most popular.
There are a lot of recipes for meat dishes, one of which we will hasten to share with you today.
We are talking about pork cooked with garlic in foil, for which you will need:
- 1 kg pork pulp;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 1 lemon;
- 2 teaspoons paprika;
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- salt and pepper – to taste;
- sprigs of thyme and rosemary – to taste.
First, prepare the meat, which should be rinsed under running cold water and then dried with a paper towel.
After this, rub the piece of pork with salt on all sides.
Once this task is completed, use a knife to make holes in the meat for the garlic slices, which will give the dish a wonderfully aromatic flavor.
Now place the oil, lemon juice, ground paprika and ground black pepper in a small bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
Rub the resulting marinade over the meat, then transfer it to a foil-lined baking sheet.
All that remains is to add sprigs of herbs, wrap the pork tightly in foil and bake for an hour in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
After 60 minutes, unfold the foil, remove the herbs and cook the dish for another 10 minutes at 240 degrees to get an appetizing crust.
