To prepare this unusual snack you will need:
- Chinese cabbage - head;
- water – 1 l;
- milk – 250 ml;
- flour – 125 g;
- eggs – 3 pcs.;
- salt – 15 g;
- butter – 25 g;
- dill – 4 sprigs.
How to make a treat from Chinese cabbage
1. Divide the cabbage into leaves and carefully place them in a bowl, then pour boiling water over them.
2. Finely chop the dill. In a separate container, mix the eggs, milk, flour, butter and dill.
3. Salt the mixture and mix thoroughly. It should form a batter, into which cabbage leaves are dipped and fried in a frying pan on both sides.
4. When a nice crust forms, you can put it on a plate. Additionally, the leaves can be rolled into a tube and served with sauce, a meat dish or scrambled eggs.
