Name at least one person who doesn't like pizza! Have you thought about it? That's right - this dish has a ton of fans.
However, despite our strong love, we don’t cook pizza very often, since the cooking process takes a lot of time.
This is due to the fact that the classic version uses yeast dough as a base, and, as is known, it needs at least a couple of hours to rise.
If you don’t have time to wait, we suggest you take a shortcut.
To prepare an express version of pizza dough you will need:
- 1.5 cups flour;
- 0.5 cups of brine from cucumbers (tomatoes);
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- a pinch of baking soda.
Combine the brine with vegetable oil (the product should be odorless), then add sifted flour and soda and stir with a spoon.
Now knead the dough thoroughly with your hands until smooth.
As a result, you will get a soft, elastic, and most importantly – delicious pizza base.
