Long-term storage of bananas leads to them becoming overripe. The flesh becomes dark and too soft.
Many gourmets do not like to eat such fruits.
But you shouldn't throw the product away. After all, it can become the basis of an incredibly tasty dish.
Overripe bananas have an important advantage over fresh ones: their pulp turns into mush very easily.
This is exactly the mass needed to prepare the so-called “banana bread”.
Banana Bread Recipe
You need to take a deep container and put a couple of sliced overripe bananas in it.
Next, you need to start crushing the banana pulp with a fork or other cutlery.
Soon you will get a mush, which should be mixed with melted butter (about a third of a glass).
The resulting mixture must be salted, and then add to it a teaspoon of soda and vanilla extract, one raw egg, a glass of granulated sugar and one and a half glasses of flour.
The contents of the container should be thoroughly mixed. The result should be a fairly liquid dough, which should be transferred to a baking dish.
The filled container should be placed in the oven for one hour.
The result is a flour product that resembles a muffin. This is banana bread - soft, tender and very appetizing.
