So, to prepare the cream you will need:
- 350 g boiled condensed milk;
- 3 tablespoons of honey;
- 350 g butter;
- 200 g cookies;
- 4 tablespoons milk.
The first thing you should do is crush the cookies into crumbs using any convenient method.
Now it's time to take on the butter. Leave it at room temperature for a while until it softens, then beat it into a foam. Add honey and beat again.
Without stopping the process, gradually add condensed milk. Now add the cookies and stir until the cream acquires a uniform texture.
After this, you need to bring the milk to a boil and cool it, and then mix it into the cream. After all these simple manipulations, the cream is ready and can be used to grease the cakes.
