Traditional Easter treats include kulich and painted eggs. Housewives also often prepare royal or cottage cheese paskha.
We offer another recipe for a treat for the bright holiday – cheese Easter pie.
To prepare you will need:
- 2 eggs;
- 250 g cheese;
- 200 g sour cream;
- 100 ml milk;
- 100 g flour;
- 1 pinch of baking powder;
- 200 g sausage or wieners;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees Celsius.
Next, grate the cheese on a fine or coarse grater and add raw eggs, sour cream and milk, mix.
Sausage or other meat products should be cut into cubes or strips, added to the prepared mixture and mixed.
Then mix the flour and baking powder and add in small portions to the finished mixture.
Knead until there are no lumps left.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and pour in the dough.
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
