Children obediently eat vegetable dishes until they learn to talk. After that, vegetables are consumed with threats, especially when it comes to varieties of cabbage.
Here's a fun recipe for cauliflower steak with a cheese crust. Just don't tell the kids what it's made of.
To prepare you will need:
- 1 cauliflower inflorescence;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 1 tsp paprika;
- 1 tsp coriander (ground);
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 6 tbsp oil;
- 80 gr. cheese (parmesan);
- 160 gr. cheese (mozzarella).
How to cook
We disassemble the cauliflower inflorescence and cut it into 2-3 cm thick layers.
We select the largest pieces that will look like a steak.
Next, press the garlic and mix it in a bowl with the other spices and oil.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Brush one side of the cabbage steak with the garlic-oil marinade, bread the other side with grated Parmesan and place the steaks on a baking sheet with the Parmesan facing down.
Spread the marinade on top and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Bon appetit!
