A chicken dish prepared for dinner can always be complemented with a tasty and healthy salad.
But not all housewives know that both dishes can be combined into one. This way, the chicken turns out juicier and cooking takes less time.
The list of products consists of:
- chicken breast – 3 pcs.;
- pickled cucumbers – 250 g;
- bell pepper – 200 g;
- cheese – 150 g;
- green onions – 50 g;
- mayonnaise – 5 tablespoons;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- spices.
How to prepare
1. Rinse the breast with water and make cuts on it.
2. Season the meat with your favorite spices and pour oil over it. Then let the chicken sit for a while in this simple marinade.
3. While the meat is marinating, mix the grated cucumbers and cheese, pepper and onion. The ingredients are supplemented with mayonnaise, garlic and your favorite spices.
4. Prepare a baking dish, first place the breast on it, and then place the salad on top in an even layer.
5. Place the raw dish in the oven (180 degrees) for 45 minutes.
