Eggs for Breakfast: A Recipe for Those Tired of Fried Eggs

People have come up with an incredible number of egg dishes, so why do we only cook scrambled eggs and omelettes day after day?

We suggest you make your breakfast more varied with egg muffins.

To do this you will need:

  • 4 eggs;
  • 100 g hard cheese;
  • 80 g sausage;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream;
  • 2 sprigs of greenery;
  • Salt and ground black pepper.

As with any other muffins, in addition to the ingredients, you should stock up on silicone muffin molds and an oven.

So, first, break the eggs into a bowl and add sour cream to them, then beat the resulting mixture.

After this, you can work on the other ingredients: tomatoes and sausage need to be cut into cubes, greens finely chopped, and cheese grated.

Now combine all the ingredients (use only half of the grated cheese), add salt and pepper to taste.

Place the resulting mixture into molds, sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
