Chicken breast is a dietary product, it often turns out dry and in general this part of the chicken is not for everyone.
But this does not mean that it is simply impossible to cook it deliciously. Here is just such a recipe, when a dietary dish also turns out delicious.
To prepare you will need:
- 450 g chicken breast (fillet);
- ½ tsp salt;
- ¼ tsp paprika (ground);
- ¼ tsp black pepper;
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil;
- ½ tsp parsley;
- ¼ tsp dried garlic.
How to cook
Preheat the oven immediately. The meat will need to be baked at 220 degrees.
The chicken needs to be washed and the skin removed. Mix salt and spices in one container according to the recipe.
The meat needs to be marinated in vegetable oil (preferably olive oil).
Then sprinkle the chicken breast with the spice mixture and rub it in thoroughly so that the meat is completely soaked and covered with herbs and spices.
The remaining oil can be mixed with the remaining spices, placed in a baking dish and poured with the remaining mixture.
Place in the oven and dinner will be ready in 20-22 minutes.
Once the chicken is ready, let it sit in the pan for 5 minutes before serving. This will only make the meat juicier.
You can serve fresh or baked vegetables as a side dish.
