Buckwheat cutlets with meat and eggs
Buckwheat – 100 grams.
Chicken eggs – 8 pieces.
Onion – 1 head.
Minced pork – 500 grams.
Salt – ½ teaspoon.
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons.
Greens and ground black pepper – to taste.
You need to boil buckwheat for 20 minutes, 5 eggs for 10 minutes. They need to be finely chopped together with greens.
The onion should also be chopped, combined with raw eggs, buckwheat and minced meat, add salt and pepper.
You need to take a small amount of the resulting mass, make a flat cake, put the filling of eggs and greens inside, and seal the edges. This is how you need to mold cutlets from the remaining mass.
After this, they can be breaded if you want to get products with a crispy crust.
They need to be fried in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil until the preparations are browned.
