A Simple Mushroom Appetizer: The Secret of a Special Marinade Revealed

Not all people like mushrooms, even if they are not wild specimens of dubious origin and unlikely to have been tested for radionuclide content, but ordinary store-bought champignons.

But this recipe will please everyone, and all thanks to the secret marinade.

To prepare you will need:

  • 500 g of champignons;
  • 50 ml vegetable oil;
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce;
  • 1⁄2 tsp aromatic herbs;
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt.

How to cook

This can be an original appetizer for grilled vegetables, meat, or you can simply serve mushrooms as a separate dish for a festive table.

To prepare the marinade, mix together vegetable oil and soy sauce.

Then add salt and spices, stir.

The mushrooms need to be cleaned and placed in a container with the marinade, with the stems facing up, so that they are soaked in oil.

Then mix well and you can put them in a baking dish.

Place the mushrooms in the pan with the stem facing up, and then pour over the remaining marinade.

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius and bake the mushrooms for 30 minutes.

Serve with vegetables and fresh herbs.
