Everyone loves to eat something delicious for dessert. But not everyone has the desire or opportunity to bake.

Some people just don’t like messing around with dough, creams and the oven, some don’t have time for it, and sometimes guests are already on their way, but there’s nothing to treat them with.

In any case, there is an alternative - desserts that can be prepared without an oven.

7 No-Bake Desserts

1. The easiest option is jelly. It is easy to prepare, you just need to follow the instructions on the gelatin package. It is most convenient to use instant gelatin.

If you don't like classic fruit jelly, you can make it from milk or kefir. It will not only be tasty, but also nutritious.

2. You can find a large number of cookie cakes on the Internet. The principle is the same for all of them. You need to put shortbread cookies in layers in a mold, greasing them with cream. Sour cream whipped with sugar, yogurt with bananas, cream made from cottage cheese, yogurt and sugar (honey) are used as cream. The cake should stand for several hours and soak. The amount and ratio of ingredients can be adjusted to your taste.

3. To prepare another version of the dessert, you need to grease the lavash with condensed milk, spread a banana cut into small pieces on it. Roll the lavash into a roll, cut into pieces, and serve.

4. Pour 300 g of coconut flakes into a can of condensed milk. Add 70–100 g of dry milk. Mix. Form candy balls and roll in coconut flakes.

5. Pour 250–300 g of coconut flakes into a can of condensed milk, add cocoa and mix thoroughly. Add cocoa little by little until the mass becomes elastic. Form candies, roll in cocoa or coconut flakes.

6. Place 350 g of applesauce in a bowl, add 15 g of instant gelatin, stir and leave for 5–7 minutes. Place the bowl in a water bath and wait until the puree becomes liquid again. Remove from the water bath, let cool and beat with a mixer until it increases in volume by 4–5 times. Place the fluffy mass in a mold and refrigerate. When it hardens, cut into portions. You will get an incredibly tender airy soufflé.

7. Blend 3 bananas, add 50 g sugar, 50 ml orange juice and 2 tablespoons cocoa. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and immediately throw a crushed bar of dark chocolate into the hot mixture. Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.

After cooling, beat the mixture with a mixer. This cream is delicious on its own, but it can also be used for cakes, pastries and other desserts.

Even without an oven, you can please yourself and your loved ones with sweets. You just need to find suitable recipes or come up with your own.
