As you know, coriander is nothing more than the seeds of overgrown cilantro.
Raw crushed balls are suitable for adding to dishes that are usually served cold, for example, for salads and appetizers.
But that's not all - it turns out that if you fry coriander a little, its aroma will change, and its taste will go perfectly with poultry dishes.
To do this, you need to slowly heat the frying pan, placing it on the lowest heat setting.
Now you can add the seeds and heat them for a minute, stirring continuously.
Immediately after this, pour the coriander onto a flat plate, where they should be left until they cool.
Roasted coriander seeds should be stored in a special spice container with a tightly screwed lid.
Please note: do not grind all the seeds at once – coriander powder will quickly lose its flavor and aroma. Instead, grind a small amount of the spice just before you start cooking.
