Ingredients:
- rib eye - 1 kg;
- onion peel - 150 grams;
- fresh garlic - 10 cloves;
- fresh carrots - 1 pc.;
- salt;
- black pepper;
- bay leaves - 3 pcs.
How to do:
The lard needs to be cut into strips.
Then boil the onion peel and leave to cool after boiling.
Squeeze the garlic and mix with the spices.
Rub the lard with the garlic mixture.
Cut the carrots into thin rings and place them on the glass.
Roll the lard into a tight roll and secure with cooking thread.
Boil the lard together with the bay leaves, salt and onion peel broth for 60 minutes.
Remove the roll and leave to cool.
Then transfer the lard to the refrigerator.
Before serving, remove the strings and cut into thin slices.
