To prepare you will need:
- squid carcass - 6-7 pcs.;
- eggs - 5 pcs.;
- fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- salt, mayonnaise, herbs - to taste.
How to cook
Let's start by boiling the eggs. They need to be hard-boiled for 8-10 minutes.
During this time, you need to deal with the inhabitant of the deep sea. To do this, put the defrosted carcasses in a bowl and pour boiling water over them completely, then leave for 1-2 minutes.
After this, the carcasses are cleaned, washed and can be boiled or poured with boiling water two more times, leaving for 2 minutes. It is believed that after three stages of soaking in boiling water, the squids are ready.
Cut the finished carcass into strips. Wash the cucumbers and cut them as you like, but if you want it to look nice, it’s better to cut them into strips.
Peel the eggs and cut into cubes, chop the herbs and mix the ingredients in one bowl.
Add salt, mayonnaise or other dressing to taste and cool in the refrigerator before serving.
