So, what do you need for this? For six people, the following amounts of ingredients are required.
- 6-7 squid carcasses;
- 5 eggs;
- 2 fresh cucumbers;
- salt to taste;
- mayonnaise for dressing;
- greenery for decoration.
First, put the eggs on to boil. They need to stay in boiling water for 10 minutes to get hard-boiled.
While the eggs are boiling, place the defrosted squid in a bowl and pour boiling water over them for 1-2 minutes.
Now the carcasses need to be cleaned, washed and the procedure with boiling water repeated twice, after which they can be considered ready.
Cut the squid and cucumbers into strips and the eggs into small cubes.
The greens should be chopped, after which you will need to put all the ingredients into one bowl, add salt to taste and mix, seasoning with mayonnaise.
