- 500 g shrimp;
- 3 onions (shallots);
- 300 g broccoli;
- 25 g butter;
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 50 ml cream (fat content 15%);
- herbs and salt to taste.
How to cook
The ingredients are calculated for preparing 2 servings of soup.
First, melt the butter in a saucepan, chop the onion into it and simmer it until it becomes soft.
Wash the broccoli florets, chop if necessary and add to the saucepan with the onions, adding enough water to cover the vegetables.
After the soup boils, bring the cabbage to readiness over medium heat.
Then we grind everything into a puree using a blender and add cream.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry finely chopped garlic, then add shrimp and fry for 2-3 minutes.
