A bag, or as it is also called, a baking sleeve, is in the kitchen of every self-respecting housewife.
It is assumed that it should be secured with a special clamp, which is included in the kit.
However, these clamps tend to run out or get lost quickly.
Luckily, there is another, much more efficient way to use a baking sheet.
This way, the food inside the bag won't be piled up in an untidy heap - instead, you'll be able to spread it out in an even layer over the entire surface of the pan.
A regular office stapler will help you with this.
Opening the package is also not a problem - after the dish is ready, just cut it from the top with a sharp knife.
By the way, this same method is suitable for closing bags filled with products that are to be frozen.
