Throughout the post-Soviet space, it is believed that Belarusian cuisine pays special attention to potatoes.
In fact, Belarusians eat potatoes no more than the Germans, whose national cuisine even includes potato salad. Perhaps someone will find the recipe useful.
To prepare you will need:
- 500 g potatoes;
- 250 g hunting sausages;
- 1 onion;
- 300 g pickled cucumbers;
- 3 sprigs of parsley;
- 4 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar (wine);
- 1 tsp grain mustard;
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste.
How to cook
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into large slices, placing them in a suitable bowl. Small tubers are added to the salad whole.
Sausages are cut into small pieces, fried in vegetable oil and put into a salad bowl. Then cucumbers cut into circles are sent.
The onion is cut into half rings or smaller, and then the parsley is chopped.
To prepare the dressing, mix olive oil with salt, pepper and mustard, then add wine vinegar. If desired, the vinegar can be replaced with lemon juice.
Pour the dressing over the ingredients, mix gently and serve.
Bon appetit!
