This dish will appeal not only to adults who decided to reminisce, but also to children.
To prepare that very side dish that many remember from childhood, you need a few ingredients and 45 minutes.
Ingredients:
- chopped nuts – 0.5 kg;
- water – 1 l;
- salt – 10 g;
- onions – 1 bulb;
- garlic – clove;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml.
Preparation
1. Foam will not form and the water will not become cloudy if the peas are first rinsed 5-8 times in warm water.
2. After manipulation with water, pour the peas into a multicooker or pressure cooker. Before putting it to boil, add oil, salt, onion and garlic. Place the vegetables whole.
3. If the dish is prepared in a multicooker, use the stewing mode until done.
If cooking in a pressure cooker, bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to the minimum value and close the lid with a seal. Cook for 45 minutes, and then release the steam.
4. When using both a multicooker and a pressure cooker, keep the porridge under the lid for half an hour. This completes the preparation of the ideal side dish.
