Oatmeal is easy to prepare and is far from useless for digestion and the body as a whole.
It's good when it's fresh. It's hard to reheat yesterday's porridge on the stove. You can put it in the microwave, but there's a more original option - use the oatmeal for pancakes.
To prepare you will need:
- 200 grams of ready-made porridge;
- 1 egg;
- 50 grams of flour;
- milk;
- a pinch of soda;
- salt, sugar to taste.
How to cook
Without removing the cold porridge from the pan, add the raw egg and flour.
Quench the soda with vinegar and add to the mixture, then salt and sugar to taste.
Stir and if necessary (if the mixture is very thick) add milk. The amount of milk depends on the consistency of the porridge.
The dough should not be very thick. Something between the dough for syrniki and pancakes.
Next, heat the frying pan and begin to bake the pancakes in vegetable oil, laying them out with a spoon.
Serve with butter, sour cream or jam.
Bon appetit!
