It is possible that the problem is due to an excess of one of the components.

Oddly enough, we are not talking about pork or any other product containing a lot of fat.

The bakery product makes the mince whole. In addition, the cutlets will be more fluffy, tender and juicy.

However, using a large amount of bread when preparing a popular meat dish is a grave mistake.

It is worth remembering that the product quickly absorbs the oil in which the cutlets are fried.

Too much bread in the minced meat will most likely result in the pucks being too greasy.

A kilo of minced meat should take a maximum of 250 grams of bread crumb. Or better yet, 150-200 grams. In some cases, it makes sense to replace the bread with semolina, potatoes or onions.
