To prepare you will need:
- 1-1.5 kg potatoes;
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil;
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds (yellow);
- 1/2 tsp salt;
- 1/4 tsp black pepper;
- greens to taste.
How to cook
The potatoes need to be peeled, cut into strips, as for frying, placed in the steamer basket and begin cooking.
At this time, grate the ginger root, chop the garlic and fry both ingredients in vegetable oil over low heat – 1-1.5 minutes is enough.
