For example, oat kvass with raisins and honey.
To prepare you will need:
- oatmeal - 1 kg;
- yeast - 15 g;
- honey - 150 g;
- raisins - 50 gr.
How to cook
The consumption of products is calculated for 5 liters of water.
Take a suitable container, boil water, wait for it to cool, and add the flakes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the oatmeal in there, then turn off the oven and leave the flakes to steam for 6-12 hours.
When ready, you will need to strain the flakes through a fine sieve, add warm water to make a volume of 5 liters, add honey, raisins and yeast.
After 24 hours, the oat kvass will be ready. It is best to store it in the refrigerator for up to three days.
