A recipe for housewives who are tired of marinating meat in mayonnaise and garlic.
A set of spices in which you need to dip the ingredient will give the dish incredible aroma, juiciness and taste.
This treat can be served even on a festive table.
Ingredients:
- meat – 500 g;
- sour cream – 100 g;
- honey - a teaspoon;
- lemon juice – tablespoon;
- salt – teaspoon;
- cilantro - bunch;
- mint – 2 leaves;
- bay leaf – 1 pc.;
- ground coriander - a quarter teaspoon;
- dried oregano – ½ teaspoon;
- turmeric – ½ teaspoon;
- red hot pepper – a quarter teaspoon.
Preparation
1. Cut the meat into any size. Add spices, sour cream and honey to the bowl.
2. Mint and coriander are chopped and added to the marinade. The ingredients are mixed thoroughly so that each piece is coated with the mixture.
3. After mixing, place the bay leaf on top and cover the bowl with a lid or cling film.
4. The meat should be marinated for at least 30 minutes, but it is better to leave it for an hour.
