What to cook for breakfast if scrambled eggs and omelettes do not make you hungry: a healthy and original recipe

Everything in the world becomes boring, even your favorite fried eggs sometimes make you look at them with longing. A creative approach - and breakfast from the same products will sparkle with new colors, although the taste will change little.

We will tell you how to prepare an omelette in a new, healthy and original way.

To prepare you will need:

  • tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.;
  • pepper (sweet) - 1 pc.;
  • cheese (any) - 100 g;
  • sausages or salami;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • 5 eggs;
  • salt, pepper, herbs - to taste.

How to cook

Immediately turn on the oven to preheat to 180-200 degrees Celsius.

Cut vegetables and sausages into small cubes.

It is better to grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Break the eggs, mix with milk, add salt, spices, stir.

Next, take silicone muffin molds, grease the inside with vegetable oil, and put in equal portions of sausage and vegetables.

Then pour the egg mixture over everything, sprinkle with herbs and cheese, and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

These muffins will taste like the once boring omelette or fried eggs. But their appearance will definitely please your family.
