But there is a simpler way that will help you achieve the same result. The method is especially relevant if you do not have much time to pre-process the product.

What needs to be done to make meat softer

First, use a good knife to chop the product into pieces of the same size. Then put the meat in a container and sprinkle it with a couple of spoons of soda.

Mix the ingredients and wait 40 minutes. It is better to keep the meat in the refrigerator during this time.

Afterwards, it is important to wash off the soda and remove any remaining moisture with a paper towel. If time permits, after this manipulation, you can keep the product in any marinade for an hour.

However, even without marinade, the meat will turn out decent and high-quality.
