The taste and aroma of some dishes can take you back to carefree childhood memories.
One of these dishes is cottage cheese casserole, which many were served in kindergarten or cooked at home by their grandmother.
It is easy to repeat the recipe. If you follow all the rules, you will get a healthy and tasty dessert that will not leave anyone indifferent.
First, you need to prepare all the ingredients:
- Cottage cheese, 500 g;
- Sour cream, 4 tbsp;
- Semolina, 5 tbsp;
- Sugar, 4 tbsp;
- Salt, 1/4 tsp;
- Soda, 1/4 tsp;
- butter;
- breadcrumbs;
- eggs, 3 pcs.;
- raisin.
How to cook
First, you need to rub the cottage cheese with sugar, and then you can mix it with two spoons of sour cream.
Afterwards, eggs, semolina and raisins are added to the mixture. Lastly, you need to add some soda to the dough.
Once all the ingredients are mixed, cover the mixture with film and leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.
The baking dish should be greased with oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Once the base is in the baking dish, the curd dough needs to be greased with sour cream on top. After that, the casserole should be sent to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
You can serve the treat with fruit, fresh berries or sour cream.
