There are only a few days left until spring, all the winter and high-calorie holidays are behind us, which means it’s time to think about how you’ll appear to others when the weather gets warmer.

Here is an example of a dietary breakfast that can add variety to a dull oatmeal diet.

Oatmeal for breakfast, with water or milk, is a painfully boring and dull classic.

Considering that in winter the body is already working at its limit, it needs to be treated with live vitamins, not instant cereal.

We offer a recipe for a vitamin and nutritious smoothie that even children will enjoy.

To prepare you will need:

  • 1 banana;
  • 1 apple;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 0.5 l of milk.

How to cook

We choose the percentage of milk fat depending on the situation. Maybe someone will even decide to make a cocktail with whey.

Peel the fruit and cut into small cubes. It is also better to peel the apple, and not just remove the core.

Wash, peel and cut the carrots into pieces. Place everything in a blender bowl and grind into a puree.

When ready, pour in milk (room temperature) and bring to a homogeneous state.

That's it. Pour the drink into cups or glasses. You shouldn't take the cocktail to work, as the vegetables and fruits will settle out and it won't be as tasty and appetizing.
