You don't need cheddar or parmesan to make this cheese sauce recipe.
At the same time, an appetizing dressing made from affordable products can turn a meat or fish dish, or even pasta, into a real culinary masterpiece.
Here's what you'll need for this:
- 200 ml milk;
- 200 ml broth;
- 1 tbsp flour;
- 100 g processed cheese;
- 30 g butter;
- 1 pinch of dried garlic;
- 1 sprig of fresh dill.
In addition to the listed ingredients, you will also need a saucepan and a frying pan.
Once everything is ready, you can safely start cooking. First, melt the butter in a frying pan.
Once the butter has completely melted, add the wheat flour to it, stirring the contents of the container continuously.
In parallel with this process, fill the pan with milk, and after it is well heated, even add meat broth.
Mix the contents of the saucepan thoroughly and pour it into the frying pan with the sautéed flour.
Important: continue stirring the future sauce without stopping until it boils.
All that remains is to add the diced cheese and, stirring continuously, wait until it dissolves completely.
Add garlic, and after a few minutes of cooking, finely chopped dill. The sauce is ready, bon appetit!
