Step by step preparation

1. Combine flour (200 g) with soda (1/2 tsp). Instead of water, use marinade from sauerkraut (200 ml).

2. The sauerkraut itself (200 g) is squeezed out of excess moisture and added to the dough. After mixing, a homogeneous mass should be obtained.
