How to cook pancakes correctly

You need to take:
- 290 g flour,
- 500 ml milk,
- 3 tbsp sugar,
- 4 eggs,
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil,
- 500 ml boiling water,
- a pinch of salt.
Eggs and milk should be at room temperature. It is enough to simply take them out of the refrigerator half an hour before cooking.
First, you need to beat the eggs into a deep bowl, mix them with sugar, salt and vegetable oil.
Then you need to pour in the milk. Next - flour. When adding the last bulk component, it is important to constantly stir the mass to avoid the appearance of lumps.
Boiling water is added last.
Pancakes should be fried in a preheated frying pan that is greased with oil.
