This recipe is perfect for those who love a simple combination of meat and onions. This treat also goes well with any side dish.
Ingredients:
- meat - 1 kg;
- onions - 3-4 pcs.;
- butter - 150 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- water - 50 ml;
- salt - 2 tsp;
- black pepper – to taste.
How to cook
The meat should be cut into large pieces and placed in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Then you need to cut the onion into half rings and put it on top of the main ingredient. You also need to put pieces of butter on top.
All this needs to be filled with water. Then the pan should be covered with a lid and put on medium heat.
After half an hour, remove the lid and add salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar to the meat. Then add garlic to the container.
Once everything is thoroughly mixed, the lid should be closed again and the heat should be reduced to minimum. The dish should simmer for about an hour.
You can serve the meat with vegetables, rice or mashed potatoes. No one will be indifferent to such a dinner.
