- salt (do not use iodized salt) - 2 tbsp.
How to quickly make sauerkraut
First, you need to chop the cabbage and carrots. Then you need to lightly knead them with your hands and put them in jars.
Next, you need to make the brine. You need to mix sugar, salt and seeds with a liter of boiling water, and then pour in the vinegar.
As soon as the liquid has cooled, it can be poured into the jars with the vegetables.
Next, the container must be closed with lids and placed in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
