To prepare you will need:
- water;
- 1 egg;
- 2 tsp salt;
- 400 g flour;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 tsp tomato paste;
- 500 g minced meat;
- 1/3 tsp black pepper;
- vegetable oil;
- greens if desired.
How to cook
First, knead the dough. To do this, mix the egg, 200 ml of water, salt in a bowl and sift the flour, then knead the dough.
When ready, cover it with film and leave for 15 minutes.
Peel and cut the onion and carrot.
Separately mix salt and black pepper with the minced meat and stir.
Roll out the dough, cut it into strips 3-5 cm wide, spread the minced meat in an even layer and roll it into a roll.
Fry the onion, then add grated carrots, tomato paste when ready, stir the frying, then put the dough and minced meat rolls into this mixture and fill the contents of the pan with water so that the lazy dumplings are half covered, cover the pan with a lid. The dish will be ready in 35-40 minutes on medium heat.
