Buckwheat is hardly a favorite product for many. However, you can radically improve the situation by serving it as a side dish with sauce.
We suggest you prepare one of these sauces today.
To do this, you will only need familiar products:
- 1-2 pickled cucumbers;
- 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise;
- 3-4 tablespoons sour cream;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- some greenery;
- salt and pepper to taste.
One large or two small cucumbers should be chopped, cut into cubes or grated on a grater with large holes.
Combine cucumbers with sour cream and mayonnaise.
Add a clove of garlic passed through a press here.
If desired, you can add a finely chopped bunch of your favorite greens here.
All that remains is to salt the resulting mass and add a little ground black pepper to add some spice, after which all the ingredients should be thoroughly mixed and the sauce can be served.
